a) Contact form
When you submit the contact form on this site, your name, email address, and message are sent to us via Formspree (formspree.io). We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to data processed through their service.
b) Sign-up forms
When you express interest in joining one of our teams, you are directed to a Google Form hosted by Google LLC. The information you submit (name, contact details, experience level) is held in Google's infrastructure and used by Stompers to process your membership enquiry. Google's privacy policy applies to data collected through Google Forms.
c) Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (property ID: G-8K2FYLQ9CC) to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay. This data is aggregated and anonymised; we do not use it to identify individual users. Google may transfer data to servers outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
d) Advertising cookies
With your consent, we use a Google Ads conversion tag (ID: AW-11328826385) to measure whether visits to this site result in sign-up form completions. This helps us understand the effectiveness of any paid advertising we run.
e) Necessary cookies
We store a single cookie (cookie_consent) in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie preference. This is strictly necessary for the cookie banner to function and does not require your consent.

Contact form submissions are retained only for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 configuration. Membership enquiry data submitted via Google Forms is reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with the third-party processors listed below, each bound by their own GDPR-compliant data processing terms:
